This original painting is from the Alchemy Collection which debuted at Superfine, San Francisco, 2022. This is a pattern seen throughout the story-world of the screenplay, Alchemy, written by Mari Robeson. The key-hole within the eye represents that all knowledge we seek is within. It is available to all who journey on the higher path of self discovery.
Currently Mari is making a short film around the backstory of Eve, another character in the film Alchemy, and how she became a trapped Mosaic Mermaid in the reflection pool. Mari is sharing the process of creating this stop motion animation on her Instagram and TikTok if you'd like to follow along and support this project. All proceeds from sales of the Alchemy Collection will support the making of this film.
